1. Free and paid plans
The Free plan does not require payment. Paid plans are charged monthly through Stripe unless stated otherwise.
This page explains how cancellation, downgrades, failed payments, complimentary access and refund requests work for InventoryOS.
The Free plan does not require payment. Paid plans are charged monthly through Stripe unless stated otherwise.
You can cancel or change your paid plan from the billing page inside InventoryOS where the Stripe customer portal is available. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; it does not automatically delete your account or data.
If you cancel, downgrade or your payment fails, your existing data may remain available, but paid features, integrations or further usage above the Free plan limits may be locked until you choose an active plan again.
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or where we choose to offer a goodwill refund. If something has gone wrong, contact [email protected] with your account email and the issue.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If approved, refunds are normally returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged after cancellation, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the Stripe billing records.
Some users may receive free access to paid features for internal testing, beta testing or support reasons. Complimentary access is not a paid subscription and can be changed or removed at any time.
