These terms explain the rules for using InventoryOS, including accounts, plans, data, integrations, billing and acceptable use.
These terms apply when you use InventoryOS. By creating an account, accessing the app or using any paid plan, you agree to these terms.
InventoryOS provides inventory, stock location, sales, expenses, refunds, barcode, dispatch, Gmail label import and optional direct printing tools for resellers. Features may vary by plan and may change over time.
InventoryOS offers Free, Starter, Pro and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly unless stated otherwise. Payment handling is provided by Stripe. InventoryOS does not store full card details.
Plan limits and features are displayed on the pricing page and inside the app. If your plan is downgraded, cancelled or unpaid, your existing data may remain visible, but paid features or additional usage may be blocked until your plan is updated.
Admin-granted complimentary access may be provided to internal accounts, friends or beta testers. Complimentary access can be changed or removed at any time.
You keep responsibility for the inventory, product, sales, expense, receipt, shipping-label and business records you enter or upload. You must have the right to upload and process any files you add to InventoryOS.
You are responsible for checking that stock counts, sale values, expenses, profit figures and imported data are accurate before relying on them.
Gmail import, QZ Tray direct printing, thermal printers and shipping-label processing are optional integrations. They may depend on third-party services, printer drivers, local settings and browser/device support.
InventoryOS is not responsible for marketplace changes, third-party outages, printer faults, corrupted files, incorrect labels or user configuration errors.
InventoryOS provides operational records and reporting tools. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. You should check your records and speak to a qualified adviser where needed.
We aim to keep InventoryOS available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, remove or change features, plans and limits as the product develops.
InventoryOS is provided as a business tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost sales, marketplace issues, incorrect user-entered data, printer errors or business decisions made using the service.
You can stop using InventoryOS or cancel paid billing as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create security, legal or operational risk.
