Is Manufacturing a separate subscription?+

Manufacturing mode is included with the InventoryOS Business plan at £29.99/month. It is off by default; an owner or admin enables it per workspace. The reseller stock, sales, printing and dispatch tools remain available.

Does a timer automatically finish production?+

No. A timer stores a deadline and can remind you when work is due. You confirm production is complete, or record cleaning and equipment use yourself. Timer time and logged operating hours are separate.

How do recipe reorder emails work?+

The calculator groups shared ingredients across planned recipes and sends shortages to Reordering. Recipe summary emails require the optional £1.99/month reorder email add-on, with 5pm UK time as the default unless you choose another time.

Can I use it on my phone?+

Yes. InventoryOS works in modern mobile and desktop browsers. The Retail dashboard and Till can also be installed as PWAs. Scanner, printer and cash-drawer compatibility depends on your hardware.

Do I need a printer to get started?+

No. The inventory tools work without a printer. Optional direct printing uses QZ Tray, your printer’s normal driver and the InventoryOS printing setup. Mobile printing uses your device’s supported print or share options.

Can I try Business first?+

Yes. Create an account, then email hello@inventoryos.co.uk to request one free week of Business. We activate it manually. The app shows when it ends and which plan you return to; a trial does not automatically start a paid subscription.

Is InventoryOS connected to a marketplace?+

InventoryOS is independent software. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vinted, eBay, Meta or Amazon. You remain in control of your marketplace accounts and listings.
