The operating system for your reselling business.
Know what you own, where it is, what sold and what you actually earned — without juggling spreadsheets, notes and separate printing tools.
InventoryOS helps resellers manage stock, sales and dispatch in one web app.
InventoryOS is a browser-based inventory management application for UK resellers. Users can add products, track stock locations, scan barcodes, record sales, manage expenses, upload receipts, prepare shipping labels and view business reports from one account.
On Pro and Business, your workspace has its own shipping-label email address. Forward label attachments to it to import, detect the carrier and crop labels in the Dispatch Centre. You can also upload labels manually.
Email import shows its progress, supports reimporting previous label emails and helps prevent duplicate labels. It does not need access to your Gmail mailbox.
Forward labels from any email provider. Keep your workspace address private and use a label-only forwarding rule.
Stop losing time to stock chaos.
InventoryOS connects the jobs that resellers usually manage across several spreadsheets, browser tabs and bits of paper.
“Where did I put it?”
Track every item by box, shelf, rack or your own custom location type.
“Did that actually make money?”
Record sales, refunds and expenses so revenue and profit are not confused.
“Why is printing so awkward?”
Generate product labels and send cropped shipping labels directly to supported thermal printers.
From your first item to a shared stockroom.
Each paid plan adds tools to the plans below it. Reorder email reminders are a separate optional £1.99/month add-on for Pro and Business.

- Convert units within the same measurement type
- Link equipment usage per batch or per item
- Edit recipes while keeping completed-run history
Plan several recipes. Order shared ingredients once.

- Shared ingredients are grouped across recipes
- Supplier links and optional contact details
- Mark materials ordered and receive partial or complete batches

Preview the exact material batches, quantities and storage areas needed. When you confirm production is finished, components are deducted and finished stock is added in one operation.
- Earliest eligible expiry used first
- Insufficient, held, recalled or expired materials blocked
- Finished batch, expiry and destination recorded

- Confirm batch numbers when picking tracked stock
- Existing opening stock is clearly marked as origin unknown

- Cleaning and replacement due warnings
- Separate maintenance and lifespan counters
- History retained when counters restart
Set the deadline and get on with work.

A few things before you open.
Can I use my existing card reader?
Yes. Take the payment on your reader, then choose Confirm card in InventoryOS. The till records your confirmation; it does not verify or trigger the payment.
Do extra tills cost more?
No. Each £19.99/month shop subscription includes unlimited tills and staff. Each additional subscribed shop adds £19.99/month, with its own stock and renewal date.
Can I use a tablet or computer?
Use a supported modern browser and install the Retail dashboard or Till PWA. Scanner, printer and cash-drawer compatibility depends on your hardware; check your setup before trading.
Is Retail included with Business?
Retail is a separate subscription. Your login can open Retail alongside InventoryOS, but Retail shops have separate workspaces, stock and billing from reseller and manufacturing tools.
Start free. Upgrade when the system saves you more.
Monthly plans with no long contract.
Manufacturing tools require Business. Free, Starter and Pro remain available for ordinary reseller inventory. Business includes those tools plus the manufacturing features above.
