InventoryOS.
SHIPPING-LABEL CROPPING & DISPATCH

More labels.
Less manual cropping.

Stop repeating the same open, crop and save routine for every parcel. InventoryOS automatically crops supported shipping-label layouts into a 4 × 6 workflow, then brings the prepared labels together in Dispatch Centre for review and printing.

Uploads and cropping: Starter and above. Email import and QZ Tray direct printing: Pro and Business.

One workflow for a busy dispatch session.

01

Collect your label files

Upload shipping-label PDFs or images. On Pro and Business, forward supported label attachments to your unique workspace email address. No Gmail mailbox connection is needed.

02

Let supported layouts crop

InventoryOS finds and crops supported label layouts. Follow import progress in Dispatch Centre while files are processed; unfamiliar layouts can need attention.

03

Check, pack and print

Review the crop, barcode and matching parcel. Use mobile print/share options, or QZ Tray direct printing on a configured desktop with Pro or Business.

WHERE REPETITION ADDS UP

What does manual preparation add up to?

Enter the time you currently spend opening, cropping and saving each label. This shows the manual preparation workload you could aim to reduce—not a promised saving or a measured InventoryOS processing time.

Importing, reviewing, correcting and printing still take time. Compare your own complete sessions to measure the change.

30 labels × 20 seconds = 10 minutes of manual preparation.

STARTER AND ABOVE

Upload and prepare.

Bring label files into Dispatch Centre, review supported automatic crops and share the prepared files for mobile printing.

PRO & BUSINESS

Forward, review, dispatch.

Use your workspace shipping-label email address, follow import progress and reimport selected previous emails. Add desktop direct printing through QZ Tray when configured.

Printer and mobile sharing support depend on your device, printing app and driver. Automatic cropping does not purchase postage or replace checks of carrier requirements, label readability and the correct parcel.

Shipping-label cropping questions

Does it work with every carrier and document layout?

No. Automatic cropping supports particular layouts; changed or unfamiliar files can need manual attention. Always review the complete label and barcode before dispatch.

Can I print labels from my phone?

Use the Mobile print cropped shipping labels option in the Packing Queue, then your device’s supported print or share route. Compatibility depends on your phone, printer and printing app.

Is cropping included in the Free plan?

No. Free lets you begin with stock tools. Label uploads, cropping and Dispatch Centre start with Starter. Workspace email import and QZ Tray direct printing require Pro or Business.

Can I try the email workflow before subscribing to Business?

Create an account, then email [email protected] to request one free week of Business. We activate it manually. It does not automatically start a paid subscription. Retail is separate.
