What InventoryOS does

InventoryOS helps resellers manage stock, sales and dispatch in one web app.

InventoryOS is a browser-based inventory management application for UK resellers. Users can add products, track stock locations, scan barcodes, record sales, manage expenses, upload receipts, prepare shipping labels and view business reports from one account.

When a user chooses to connect Gmail, InventoryOS only uses Gmail access to find shipping-label emails and label attachments for the Dispatch Centre. This helps users import postage labels into their packing and printing workflow.

Gmail connection is optional. InventoryOS does not use Gmail access for advertising, marketing, selling user data or reading unrelated emails. Users can disconnect Gmail access at any time.

Built around the real workflow

Stop losing time to stock chaos.

InventoryOS connects the jobs that resellers usually manage across several spreadsheets, browser tabs and bits of paper.

01

“Where did I put it?”

Track every item by box, shelf, rack or your own custom location type.

02

“Did that actually make money?”

Record sales, refunds and expenses so revenue and profit are not confused.

03

“Why is printing so awkward?”

Generate product labels and send cropped shipping labels directly to supported thermal printers.

One connected system

Everything you need to run stock properly.

Start with simple inventory tracking, then use the deeper tools as your reselling operation grows.

Inventory

Know exactly what you own and where it is.

Everything you need before getting started.

InventoryOS works alongside the marketplaces you already use. It does not replace your listings or marketplace account.

InventoryOS is independent inventory and operations software. You can use it alongside Vinted, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Amazon returns, car-boot sales and other channels.

Gmail connection is optional. It is used to help import shipping-label emails and label attachments into the Dispatch Centre, so sellers can prepare and print orders faster. InventoryOS does not use Gmail access for advertising, marketing, selling user data or reading unrelated emails.

No. You can type or search normally. A USB, wireless or Bluetooth scanner can make higher volumes quicker because most scanners behave like a keyboard.

No printer is required to use the inventory system. Direct thermal printing is optional and requires a compatible Windows printer, its normal driver and the InventoryOS printing setup.

Yes. The main stock workflows are designed for mobile browsers as well as desktop. Direct printer setup is currently focused on Windows computers.

Shared workspaces allow several people to work with the same inventory. Roles and permissions control what each member can access.

No. InventoryOS is an independent product built for resellers and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the marketplaces named on this page.
